Be prepared for Mike Calinoff's candid approach -- he'll tell you like it is. As twenty-five year veteran in the sport he's seen just about every job scenario there is. He is accustomed to winning and has been to Victory Lane over 100 times in four NASCAR Series and ARCA. Mike has been served in NASCAR in many roles. From 2000 through 2005, he worked with 2003 NASCAR Champion, Matt Kenseth, as his Spotter. Beginning in 2006 he moved to Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates as the Spotter and Business Manager for Rookie of the Year candidate, David Stremme. Mike continues to be a popular figure with the motorsports media. He can be heard often with Claire B. Lang on XM Radio and on the nationally syndicated "John Boy & Billy Big Show". This past year, Mike was featured on NBC's "Today Show".

The "Get Into Racing" program is not your typical seminar format. Traditionally, participants sit for several hours and try to absorb as much information as possible, while jotting down notes and thinking silently of questions they need answered. There is usually one host who does all of the speaking. The "Get Into Racing" program takes a totally different approach. While Mike Calinoff, serves as the primary speaker, he is complimented with a panel of experts who are in the business. Race team members, owners, public relations, media, marketing and administrative specialists have been carefully selected to bring as much information to the seminar as possible. You are encouraged to bring your resume as well. The seminar is broken up into three segments: 45-minutes of discussion, a two-hour breakout session with the panelists and a 15-minute wrap-up. The program is upbeat, humorous and informative. It addresses your real-life aspirations for a position in motorsports and brings to you the realistic opportunities that exist. Heavy concentration is placed on career development, interview skills and what race teams are looking for in a candidate. This is a no-holds-barred, in-your-face seminar. All of the time is spent discussing the real issues and opportunities that will help bring you into a whole new world.
